| Description | Founded in June 1995, Ningbo Baofeng Tools & Measuring Tools Co., Ltd. focus on the research, development and production of high-precision steel tape and measuring tools. Our manufacturing plant covers an area of 45,000 square meters. It’s operated by 600 dedicated, well-trained employees, possesses 16 professional assembly lines and 8 advanced production workshops for Steel tape blade, Tape spring, Tape punching and riveting, Plastic injection, Assembly procedures, Mold, Machining, Equipment manufacturing. Additionally, we boast a fully-equipped testing laboratory. Over the years, we have been committed to the management idea of “Scientific Management, Quality Production and Innovation”. We passed the factory audit certification of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, European measuring instruments directives(MID) and European Business Social Compliance Initiative(BSCI). Baofeng enjoys a competent design and R&D team, with 8% of the annual investment for product development and engineering technology innovation and launch more than 10 new series each year. The workshop for blade and spring of tape is fully equipped with high-precision single and double-sided printing equipment, and full-automatic CNC spring production equipment to guarantee the production of the first-class precision printing of tape and high-quality spring, so as to ensure the stability of high-quality production.The application of the automatic tooling and the assembly of the unified assembly line which ensure the accuracy of the order in time. We build the multilevel quality inspection system and quality management team, and make use of advanced QC management tools and professional testing equipment to improve the quality and keep improving. Our laboratory is equipped with Precision measuring instrument, Life tester, Blade abrasion tester, High-drop test, Vickers and Rockwell hardness tester, Salt spraying tester, High and low temperature tester, Tensile testing machine, Coloring match box, Chromatographic instrument, Light spectrometer, and Linear wear resistance tester.
