| Description | ZHEJIANG TOGETHER PACKING Co., Ltd is located in Yixi Industrial Park, Yiwu City, China, which covers an area of 38,000 square meters and now has 20 years of history. Changfa is equipped with advanced production facilities which worth 86 million Yuan. The products mainly include acrylic glue, hot melt adhesives, BOPP adhesive tapes, and many other kinds of adhesive tapes. Our factory has two boilers and two glue tanks and each tank can store 100 tons of glue. It also has one big and 3 new n-butyl acrylate tanks with the storage capacity of 450 tons and 200 tons respectively. Besides, there are 3 glue reactors and each glue reactor can produce 20 tons of glue every time of high grade of chromaticity, viscosity and consistency. Our Company has just imported advanced coating equipment recently and has a total of 8 coating production lines that adopt Mayer bar coating technique by which the coating width can reach 1620 CM at the speed of 260M/ MIN, meanwhile, it also can ensure the pinpoint coating accuracy of 0.001mm and product usage rate of 99%. Changfa can meet the customers' high demands of width and efficiency. Our Company has word¬¬¬-class cutting workshop with 20 sets of slitting machines that can well satisfy the needs of tape cutting of high flatness, precision and efficiency of different customers. In addition, there are 6 sets of color press in our factory which can reach the customers' requirements perfectly with high efficiency.
