| Description | Shanghai Cooltech Power Co., Ltd., which was officially listed on Shenzhen, China Stock Exchange in 2010 (stock code: 300153)., was established in Shanghai, in 2002. Two months ago, Shanghai Cooltech and Rolls-Royce Power Systems, a world-leading engine manufacturer are going to jointly invest to establish a joint venture company in Shanghai to carry out the production and supply of diesel generator sets, fuel systems and related products. The joint venture Company is 50% owned by Rolls-Royce Power Systems and us, with a total registered capital of 30 million euros. It is planned to be put into operation by the end of 2020. It will mainly produce MTU 1600, 2000 and the target markets for diesel generator sets with 4000 series engines include communications, data centers, hospitals, airports, semiconductor factories, mining and other industries and fields. After the establishment of the joint venture, it will further consolidate Cooltech's leading position in the generator set industry and further increase the company's product market share. Power equipment manufacturing is the Company's main business. The plant for power equipment manufacturing, located in Qingpu District, Shanghai, covers an area of 80,000 m2. It has high-, medium- and low-power automatic assembly lines, six test benches and a sheet metal workshop with first-class equipment. The Company provides a series of integrated backup power solutions, including standard units, mute units, mobile generator vehicles, trailer units, container units and shelter units. It also boasts capabilities in the design, manufacture and O&M of hybrid energy and distributed power stations and other new types of power systems. All these products are characterized by standard compliance, intelligence, environmental friendliness and high quality. Shanghai Eautopower New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., the Company's subsidiary, is a high-tech enterprise integrating research, development, production, sales and service of new energy vehicle power systems, which focuses on providing vehicle enterprises with solutions to core components of new energy vehicles. At the same time, the Company has complete and mature energy storage battery unit and system schemes. Based on its resource advantages and responding to the national call to practice the secondary gradient utilization of power batteries, the Company has actively innovated in the application and promotion of energy storage units.
