| Description | PROFILE Shangzhong Piston Ring Co., Ltd. Was founded in 1994. Our company covers an area of 50000 square meter including construction area of 32000 square meter. We have employees more than 400 (among them, technicians more than 40). We are speciallizing in producing brand of Shangzhong piston ring which applied for varies foreign and domestic gas (diesel) cars, trucks, compressors, marine and engineering machinery. In recent years, we have introduced professional piston ring machines, there are inside&outside profile modeling lathe, high precision souble-side grinder, automatic chamfering machine, opening trimming machine, digital control lathe, the German-made (PSA-10K) trapizoid grinder, Japanese-made (R-4MG-L) moulding grinder, Swiss-made (S-M1100C) plasma molybdenum equipment and so on. Meanwhile, with the full efforts of wholde staff, formed one line which produce starting from raw material casting to fisished products, oil ring automatic stamping mahchine and production line for steel rings. We also possess the productivity of surface treatment, including nitrided, phosphated, chrome plated, tin plated and molybdenum coated. In addition, we own special chemical lab and quality testing center. The uqality of our products is guaranteed by ISO9002 quality system which we have passed., and the products we produced are according to TS/16949 standard.
