| Description | Xinxing Hunter Valley Precision Casting co., ltd. was founded in March 2005, with a total investment of 40 million RMB and an annual output of casting parts 1,500 tons, with 400 employees. It’s a collection of products development, international trade, precision casting as the main part, and equipped with polishing, silicone, machining and other production links as one of the professional stainless steel precision casting production enterprises. Since its establishment, the company has been guided by market which design and develop lots of new items and study new processes, and continuously increased investment in the field of intelligent manufacturing. We try the best to provide customers with high qualified products and best services to become a professional intelligent manufacturing stainless steel precision casting enterprises. After years of careful management, we have accumulated rich experience in our management. In order to further expand the production capacity, in May 2020,we invested in a new factory called Guangdong Hunter Valley Precision Casting Technology co., LTD Which is located in CheGang town, just 15mins far from the old factory. The new factory covers an area of 55,000square meters with a total investment of 180,000,000 RMB. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase will be built in 2021 with a capacity of 2,800 tons per year. The second phase will be completed in 2023 with a capacity of 3,800 tons per year. It plans to achieve an annual output of 500 million RMB and a tax revenue of 45 million RMB. Hunter Valley new factory will be equipped with industry-leading production equipment and develop intelligent casting equipment with robots to operate key processes. The traditional discrete production and manufacturing are integrated into a complete automated production line. There will be three functions of new Hunter Valley: 1.Build a professional basic research laboratory for precision casting, and build a large-scale intelligent manufacturing base for high-tech precision casting parts 2.Build an industry-university-research education base, introduce research institutions to undertake research projects. Promote the transformation of research achievements. We will continue to increase the momentum of corporate development. 3.Build a factory with a landscape features such as huangshan landscape and European castle workshop. It will be a well-known industrial tourism business card in western part of Guangdong, China. |
