We produced motors for Electrical Appliances as the initial starting point in 1990s and gradually entered the small home appliance field since 2000. Smart-home device is an important milestone in our product development.WiFi Application has been integrated into our products to improve user experience and increase consumer enjoyment during food preparation and bring a convenient & easy cooking-style for end consumers. Yat Fung has adopted vertical integration methodology since its establishment, by expanding its business scope from motor to small domestic appliances. Almost all the critical components are made in house:Motor Workshop: from lamination (stamping machine), winding, balancing to assembly;Stamping Workshop has 60 machines with automatic stamping, bending, forming, welding, and polishing for metal parts.The Die Casting Workshop has 7 horizontal die casting machines with max power of 800 tons and applied with robotic hands.Injection Workshop has 55 plastic injection machines with tooling & machinery maintenance facilities.Painting Workshop has 2 manual liquid-spray lines and 2 pre-treatment lines. Assembly Workshop has 9 Finished Product Assembly Lines with 100% inspection on line for function check and visual inspection, to ensure product quality to obtain consumer credibility in the market. With ERP System, Yat Fung is capable to optimize the allocation of its resources consistently and to provide One-Stop Service to our customers.
