| Description | Sunnex Products Limited is a Hong Kong based company specializing in manufacturing of catering and household items since 1972. Sunnex is a member of the Sunbeam group whose history dates back to 1929. With 1,200 employees, we operate two wholly-owned factories in Mainland China under the name of Sunnex Metal Products (Shen Zhen) Ltd. The factory space occupies a total area of 42,000 square metres. Product development is headed by Dr. Henry Yu and supported by a well-equipped tool shop staffed by competent engineers & machinists. In addition, Sunnex has a long tradition of developing products under our own brand and we are constantly launching new and better products for the household and catering trade. Over 80% of our goods are exported to 70 countries and majority of our stainless steel items are made of high quality stainless steel. In the trade of various catering items such as electric appliances, plastic products, chafing dish sets, teaware and kitchen tools, the Sunnex brand is known worldwide for its quality and value. SUNNEX MILESTONE 1929 Mr. Yu Kan Hing founded Sunbeam Manufacturing Co. Ltd in Hong Kong, producing "Lion" brand flashlights. 1967 Our first stainless steel salt and pepper shaker set was introduced. 1972 Sunnex Products Limited was established in Hong Kong by Dr. Henry Yu, producing stainless steel items. The company name SUNNEX keeps the word "Sun" from Sunbeam and adds "nex" for next. 1975 Zodiac Stainless Products Company was set up in UK as our export window for European market. 1987 Sunnex's first oval chafer was introduced. 1989 Sunnex moved production base from Hong Kong to China. 2002 China Sales Department was set up to develop business in Mainland China. 2003 Sunnex launched our first electric soup warmer which received unprecedented recognition from customers around the globe. 2011 Sunnex customers from different countries around the world attended the 1st Sunnex Global Conference. 2017 Burano Chafer was developed, which features accurate temperature control system. 2020 Dry Heat Chafer is launched. A break-through technology is used - no water required for warming in chafer. |
