Since the first introduction of K-PRIX, our representative brand name in 1984, they have earned worldwide reputation as the combination of quality, cost and service. Resin Bonded Abrasive Wheel is made by “Bakelite Method” which is heat hardened at approximately 180℃ in the electric oven after Mixing & Pressing & Drying with the mixture consist of abrasive, synthetic liquid and powder resin. Vitrified bonded abrasive wheel is made by the method which is sintered at high temperature approximately 1,300℃ in the kiln after Mixing & Pressing & Drying with mixture of feldspar and clays selected for their fusibility and carefully processed. CBN & Diamond wheels have excellent properties in hardness, abrasion resistance, compressive strength and thermal conductivity in comparison to conventional abrasives such as aluminum oxide and silicon carbide grinding wheel. |
