| Description | GALES is a Hi-tech and modernized kitchen appliance manufacturer, with integrated R&D, production and marketing. There are two production bases located in Foshan city and Taishan, Jiangmen city. Total employees are over 1000 people, including with 5% master degree education and over 20% bachelor degree education. Our mature R&D team is over 60 people and QC team is over 80 people and they keep growing. With over 170000m2 factory area, we have built different workshops in regular and a people-friendly environment with green trees. Driven by the effective company strategy, our production capacity is over 5 million sets each year. Our professional tooling workshop provides support with new product development and tooling design, and also to adjust as per customer requirement. In each year, we can process at least 150pcs tooling. It is equipped with 70 automatic injection machine and 2 automatic bottle injection machines in our injection workshop. The motor with its accessories, premium stainless-steel housing and basket are fully made by our punching machine in the hardware workshop. With the automatic rotor assembly line, it greatly saves our employees cost and improve the efficiency with very little defect rate. The capacity of motor sets is over 6 million. Currently we have built 10 product assembly line, 2 semi-product line and specific logo cosmetic printing line, to fulfill customer order in best quality and high efficiency. Since the establishment in year 1996, our company is devoted for kitchen appliance R&D and production, with introducing smart production facility continuously and select premium food in the worldwide. Among the counterparts, we achieve ISO 9001 quality management system, 3C, CE, GS, RoSH, REACH, PAHs, LFGB, CB, ETL certificate in priority. Our main product range, juice extractor, citrus juicer, blender, food processor, slow juicer, chopper and coffee grinder, all are complied with the requirement of CDC, CDC Guangdong branch.
