| Description | Burgeree New Tech Jiangsu CO.,LTD. was established in 2007 on an area of 11,000 square meters/21 acres square miles, next to the scenic Yangchen lake and is only 1 1/2hours drive from Shanghai Metropolitan city. As one of the leading manufacturers of polyester fiber material, we capitalized on their inherent non-toxic, acoustic and insulation properties to create applicable products that are both functional and decorative in order to enhance our daily life. Our panel's SGS test proven reading for Thermal Conductivity [W/(m.K)) is 0.039 and for the Thermal Resistance [(m2.k)/W] is 0.254 based on 9.8mm thickness. In addition, our panel is test proven to attain a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) of 0.8 which can reduce reverberated noise by approximately 80% and also passed the E0 class standard for 0 formaldehyde emission. As for the Fire Retardant Standard, our panel passed both the US ASTM-084 A level plus the EN 3501-1 B level testing requirements. In 2013, our panel received the Oeko-Tex 100 Certificate according to EN ISO 17050-1 testing requirements. Other than 52 standard solid colors to choose from, our panel's thickness ranges from 3 ~ 20mm with a density of 1900 grams/m2 . In addition, we developed numerous surface treatments like : Embossing, Printing, Carving in order to cater to different interior decoration taste/need. Owning to the pliable nature of the material, we can fabricate units in different shape or form like spheres, pyramids and cubes and our latest 3D tile offer has 11 patterns to choose from. |
