| Description | Jiangsu Yunzhibao Food Technology Co.,Ltd project was officially signed and settled in Yandu street of Yancheng high tech Zone in December 2017. It is a key investment promotion project by Yandu District Committee and government.The project covers an area of 251 mu, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, of which the equipment investment is 650 million yuan, and it is divided into two phases of construction, the land acquisition of first phase is 144 mu, and the equipment investment is 150 million yuan; the land acquisition of second phase is 107 mu, and the equipment investment is 500 million yuan. In the first phase of the project, 21 types of domestic and imported automatic production lines will be newly added and put into production in March 2019. Through the assembly line, the products will automatically realize the processes of mixing, extrusion, molding, weighing, packaging, coding, stacking, etc. The first phase mainly produces candy products such as gum, candy cane, energy bar, hard candy, milk candy and soft candy, which are mainly exported to United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom and other countries and regions, with an annual output of 100000-150000 tons of all kinds of candy and a sales volume of 2-3 billion yuan. The whole factory is built based on the concept of intelligent factory with Internet system. Through the establishment of MES system, the management and control level of production process is improved, production efficiency is further improved, quality control is strengthened. Full cycle support is provided from production command and scheduling, quality assurance, production logistics and storage, equipment operation management, energy management, etc. to build a new generation of intelligent factory in candy industry. The whole MES system includes system management, basic configuration, production work order management, production specification management, process quality management, production material management, production line efficiency management, equipment maintenance warning, energy management, production site management, production statistical analysis and other modules, and finally realize the visualization of production management. |
