In response to market demand, SGB has developed slurry pump, desulfurization pump, marine pump, chemical pump, multi-stage pump, wear-resistant double suction pump and other products, with more than 350 specifications and models. The products are widely used in electric power, steel, metallurgy, coal, petrochemical, environmental protection, dredging and other industries. The market covers more than 30 provinces, cities and districts in China, and the products have been exported to more than 20 countries and regions. ZJ series slurry pump is recommended as the main auxiliary equipment of thermal power unit by the Ministry of Electric Power Industry and the General Institute of Electric Power Planning and Design, and has been awarded the "Adopting international standard Product Marking Certificate" issued by China National Standardization Committee. The slurry pump and desulfurization pump have obtained "CE" certification, the dredging pump has won the "China Classification Society Type Approval Certificate", and the multi-stage pump has obtained the "Mine Product Safety Mark Certificate". The production system of SGB adopts ERP software management, which can timely and accurately transfer the user's requirements to all production departments, which plays an important role in ensuring the contract performance rate. In 2014 and 2016, SGB built advanced Lost Foam Process and V-process casting production lines respectively, and the casting capacity increasing from 8000 tons/year to 12000 tons/year, and the maximum casting capacity of a single piece is 20 tons. In order to cooperate with the transformation and upgrading of casting, SGB has introduced dozens of CNC processing equipment in recent years, and all casting tooling has realized NC intelligent production, which has improved the accuracy of model size and production efficiency, and shortened the production cycle. SGB has a complete product testing process, spectrum analyzer, three-coordinate testing instrument, large hydraulic test station and other equipment and facilities to ensure the performance of products. The pump test center was approved as "Hebei Province Coal Mining Pump Quality Inspection Station" by Hebei Provincial Bureau of Technical Supervision in 1994. The accuracy of the test device reached Grade 1 specified in GB/T3216. At present, the maximum test flow can reach 27000 m3/h.
