We own more than 200 units of advanced equipments .Among of them , there are 23 units of friction process :8 units of model 300T , 7 units of model 160T , 3 units of model 100T, 5 units of model 63T, total 22 units of punching machines: 1 unit of model 200T , 1 unit of model 100T, 4 units of model 80T , 6 units of model 40T, 10 units of model 25T, 7 units of rolling machines , 86units of polishing machines ,as well as 2 unit of cutting machines: 1 unit of model Q11-13*2500 and 1 unit of model Q11-10*25001. There are 7 buildings with 16660 square meters as production workshops , including cutting ,forming ,polishing , tooling , packing departments , etc , 1 office building with 1625 square meters , 1 building with 1623 square meters as staff’s dormitory and dinning hall .Total investment is 53,000,000 Yuan.There are total 286 professional workers currently .Annual capacity is 22,000,000 pcs and turnover is 120,000,000 Yuan Because of abundant experience, advanced production process, strict management and excellent quality , our goods are sold well in European and American market . |
