Specializes in the design, manufacture, installation and debugging of automated high-rise warehouse racking; industrial storage racking and building material and supermarket racking. We use high quality materials provided by Shanghai Baosteel Group( the biggest steel factory in China), have advanced GMAR auto electrostatic powder painting line imported from Switzerland and 2 pre-treatment cleaning systems, which can spray-paint profiled bars up to 14 meters. It has over 10 automated roll-formed lines (made with German technology), 1 multi-function formed line, 3 steel belt automatic successive punch lines, 14 C02 welding lines with gas protection and ABB welding robots. The company has developed the complete quality system and product testing methods. Taking the lead in holding ISO9001: 2000 & ISO14001: 2004 certification, it strictly complies with Quality Manual in each of the working procedures and also commits itself to clean production and pays great attention to environmental protection to make a green INFORM.
