| Description | King Glass Co. Ltd is a joint venture invested in by ShanXi DaHua Glass Co. Ltd and HongKong Phase Ⅲ Glass Limited. The company, covering an area of 30 acres, is located in Wulipo Glass Industrial Area Qi county. The company has a team of many highly trained technical personnel. It introduces an automatic glassware production line, which adopts an automatic dustless supply system, L18 and H28 rotary press-blow forming machines. It incorporates all kinds of strong points, such as scientific, technical, mechanical, automatic, high added value and so on. The process of material mixing, melting, feeding, blowing, delivering, annealing, cooling and processing are computer controlled. The production line operation, uses natural gas and electricity, is safe, economical and pollution free. The first phase investment of the project is 12.6 million U.S. dollars. The capacity of melting glass is 85 tons per day and the production yields 60,000,000 to 62,000,000 pieces per year equivalent to 51 times current manual output. This will accelerate the speed of glass industry development and enhance the competition ability of the company .
