Pipe Factory has 4 automatic pipe production lines bought from Japan,15 automatic laser cutting machines and 6 automatic grinding&polishing machines.We are going to purchase more machines to meet more and more busy production.All pipes are made by ourselves,then deliver to assembly factory after careful and strict inspection. Main pipe:Stainless steel pipe,powder coated pipe and aluminium pipe. Plastic Factory has 28 automatic plastic injection machines,10 mechanical arms and over 1500 plastic molds.All machines operate day and night for meeting more and more busy production.All plastics are also deliver to assembly factory after careful and strict inspection. Main Plastic material: ABS、PP、PVC、PC、PA6 etc,All material is new,anti-ageing and uvioresistant.Refusing to use recycle material for high quality.. Assembly Factory has 26 automatic pipe bending and Punching machines,can make requested pipes for different items.In the assembly factory,there are 4 assembly workshops with 8 assembly lines.Every workshop has 3-4 QC inspectors to inspect all processes,from semi-finished product to package to make sure high quality.Carrying out fixed number package management system,4M management system,6S safety system,first set confirmation system and pre-production meeting system strictly,also cultivate the quality notion of workers. All production processes,from pipe,plastic to assembly are finished by ourselves,which is effective to control the cost,quality and delivery time,also useful to meet different customer’s requests and demands. We have 12 designers,including 6 designers with full experience in overseas.There are own R&D center and sample room,which concentrate on design development.
