Our Products: Floor protection hardware: nail-on glides, swivel glides, adjustable glides, mounting levelers, felt glides, leg tips, leg endcaps, bumper, Teflon base slider, castor cup, wheels... we can supply almost full series of floor protection products. OEM components: Stamping parts, and miscellaneous plastic injection molded parts, like plastic handles, industrial handles, cable grommets, knobs, tube connectors, bed frame castors.OEM furniture: Gas-assist injection molded chair, plastic seat, plastic drawer, plastic chair, plastic side table. Our Capabilities: Tooling: Equipped 3-D drawing station and molding workshop, we offer rapid tooling service. We do tooling in house. Injection Molding: from 0.5g-4000g, all colors, from simple split molds to complex multi-plate molds. We have total 26 injection machines. Stamping: we have automated stamping machines for hardware, ensure quality and lower manufacture cost. Testing: We have salt spray tester, static loading tester, pull force tester, hardness tester to ensure product quality in design and production. |
