| Description | Shandong Fengyuan tire manufacturing Co., Ltd., located in Yicheng Economic Development Zone, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, is a modern large-scale enterprise integrating R & D, manufacturing and sales of semi steel radial tire, which is owned by Zaozhuang Mining group, a state-owned enterprise owned by Shandong energy group( top 500 in the world). The company is a board member of China Rubber Industry Association, a member of China Chemical industry and engineering Society , a member of China tire intelligent manufacturing and Standardization Alliance, a standing board member of Shandong Rubber Industry Association, and a hundred high-end brand cultivation enterprises in Shandong manufacturing industry. The plant area of the company covers an area of 528 mu, with a total construction area of 258000 square meters. It is designed and planned to produce 20 million semi steel radial tires annually. At present, it has the capacity of producing 10 million semi steel radial tires annually. Our company has the world-class advanced equipment and technology, targeted at high-end products. We’ve built the world-class advanced Semi steel tires production line with great equipments such as VMI-EXXIUM Single-stage Building Machine, Double Calener Machine from Italy, Germany FISCHER Steel Cord Cutting Equipment and Korea DONG-HWA Hydraulic Curing Machine etc. Meanwhile, we have the international advanced low-tempreture rubber mixing and calenering production line, high precision steel cord cutting, automatic single-stage building production line and advanced automatic tyre stereoscopic warehouse. We also have the MES and ERP information management system. Fengyuan Factory won many national awards. Our company focus on technological innovation, and has established a nationally recognized laboratory and a provincial R & D center. The new low-temperature rubber mixing technology has passed the scientific and technological achievements appraisal of the National Chemical Society, and the carbon nano-tube tire application achievements have passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal of the National Petrochemical Federation, both reached the international advanced level. We have 108 independent patents and more than 60 national science and technology papers. The level of independent research and development is in the top level in tire industry. The company has 23 series and nearly 1000 specifications including HP, UHP, C-type light truck, SUV( HT/ AT / MT), Snow tire, Drift tire, Runflat tire, Puncture resistant tire, Anti-static tire, Taxi tire, New energy vehicle tire, etc. The product performance has reached the high-end standard of the second stage of the European labeling method, and has obtained IATF16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, etc. It has passed more than 20 certifications, such as U.S. Dot, European ECE, Gulf GCC, Brazil Inmetro, China CCC certification and National military quality management system standard certification. It was the first batch to pass China tire label audit and China green tire certification. It was the first batch to obtain "same line, same standard and same quality" certification tire enterprise, the first low-carbon product certification tire enterprise, Shandong intellectual property demonstration enterprise, the 18th National Quality Award enterprise. The Shangdong Province Government has assessed FARROAD brand as a International Factory own Brand, The Chinese Excellent Quality and Reputation Brand cross the country, The Shangdong Province Government recommended Brand cross the whole rubber industry. In the meantime, FARROAD brand has been given the TOP TEN Chinese snow tyre brand award. It is broadcasting on CCTV2. We have built more than 100 retail shops all over 31 provinces in Chinese domestic market for the moment. In the oversea market, we exported to over 120 countries which across the five continents. We are working OE projects with more than 10 car manufactures in domestic market, such as BAIC and JMC.
