Enthusiasm… from teamwork and opportunity Safety, Quality, and Efficiency… without compromise 2.Our Group Our headquarter and production manufacturing facilities are located in Yueqing City which is under the administration of Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, in eastern China. The Yandang Mountain, one of the top ten famous mountains in China, can be found in this city. Our group consists of 4 dedicated production sites, more than 460 group employees and a commercial office with showroom in Istanbul, Turkey. In addition, we have nearly 32 Research and Development engineers who constantly analyze market needs around the world to develop a full range of innovative products for commercial and residential use. We work with affiliates at both domestic and international levels, delivering across the full range of our products and services to over 60 countries and regions in Europe, the USA, Africa Australia, the Middle East, and Asia. 3.In-House Manufacturing Facility Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities accredited by ISO 9001, are equipped with the most modern machinery which not only gives us greater power over quality assurance and lead times, but also enables us to improve our efficiency and competitiveness. All our products conform to the latest national and internationals standards. We have in-house from design and development to production, and shipping to our customers. We have a complete control over the entire process, from the order to the product delivered. In addition, our in-house manufacturing capabilities gives us the freedom to provide OEM and ODM services that covers a complete spectrum of the product lifecycle from concept to design, manufacturing and after-market services. The goal of our OEM and ODM services is to help our customers succeed in today's ever changing and extremely competitive markets. 4.Quality Control Quality comes at the top of our priority list and we never compromise over the same. Our company has developed a sound quality checking facility within the premises, where all operations related to quality checking are carried out efficiently. To perform these tests effectively, we have specialized and knowledgeable team of quality controllers. At the core of Sinoamigo's competitiveness is an all-encompassing commitment to ensured quality. 5.Pre-Shipment Inspection The purposes of a pre-shipment inspection are to: Check the quantity and quality of the merchandise. Check products for any defects. Ensure products meet the safety requirements of the destination market. Issue inspection report for customer’s review. 6.Packaging Process All our products are effectively packed in our warehouse to minimize any damage that could occur after the goods have left our production line. Our external packaging complies with dimensions that allow a suitable quantity to be stored on a pallet most efficiently. We ensure a final check at the end of the line to ensure that each order has been accurately picked, packed, and staged for the right destination. We also offer customized packaging and labelling as per customer’s requirement. 7.Our Team Having the support of hardworking, skilled and experienced personnel, our company is been able to accomplish its set aims and objectives remarkably. Our team incorporates designers, research and development engineers, quality controllers, sales personnel and many others, who work in close association with one another to attain the specific targets within predetermined time frame. Our dedicated team of professionals assist in offering precision and prompt after sales service support to our valued customers. They also ensure that the execution of the services is delivered promptly and provide solutions throughout the process. Team Building is an integral part of the Sinoamigo culture.
