| Description | China Fukang Group was founded in 1995. We have been dedicated to printing industry for over 25 years and become one of the leading enterprise in China printing industry. Fukang specialize in various types of printed products, such as cards, tags, gift boxes, stationery notebooks, calendar, stickers, DIY products, Party gifts and so on. Fukang have past important factory audits in different standard such as WCA, BSCI, SEDEX, FDA and FSC to match most requirements from different retailers such as Walmart, Target, CVS, Costco, Big Lots, Tesco, ASDA, Sainsbury's. This make our products can be sold all over the world. Fukang currently has production area of 50,000 square meters, more than 400 employees in production line, equipped with Heidelberg CTP, 7-1XL UV, CD102 6-1 UV, 3 new Heidelberg 5-1 type offset printing machines, a series of automatic machines with hot stamping machine, die-cutting machine, paper lamination machines, coating machines, box pasting machines, point drilling machines, laser die-cutting machines, punching machines. Fukang also have a whole production line for stationery production, with folding machines, page sorting machines, sealing machines, gluing machines, wire-O machines, three-sided knife cutting machines etc. All manufacturing equipment forming a comprehensive production line of paper products. By implementing intelligent, digital production management from order to production, we have ensured our delivery to all orders and 100% accuracy over 10 years. In terms of quality control, Fukang sets up a 20-person QC team and sets up its own physical laboratory, monitoring and scrutinize the whole production process continuously. We arrange test on whiteness, gram weight for all materials, a color comparation light box will be used to check print color,an ink wear tester will be used to test the rub fastness of printed paper to ensure the stable of ink.And finished products will be tested under constant temperature and humidity controller,final packed carton will do transport test, ensure the goods are not destroyed under transportation The company has been granted official licenses of self-inspection qualifications by Walmart and Tesco of which showing our customers’ confidence to our quality control. For the printing process, Fukang is accredited G7 and GMI color management standards, we ensure that the Panton color difference control of Delta LaB within 1.5 which is higher than industry standard that within 3.0. In order to provide customers with more convenient services, more competitive prices, Fukang is going to invest in the construction of new production lines in Vietnam and is expected to complete in the next two years.
