| Description | Linyi Zhaohua Engine Machinery CO., LTD., is founded in the year 1997, located in Linyi Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, Linyi city, Shandong province. It is a professional enterprise specialized in manufacturing cylinder, which is the core component of the small gasoline engine, garden machinery, plant-protection machinery, construction machinery, etc. We are one of the national High & New Technology Enterprise, member of China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association and also the main drafter of Industry Standard of Two-Cycle Gasoline Engine Cylinder Zhaohua has passed ISO9001 and TS16949 international quality system certification, and RoHs, REACH, etc. hazardous substances testing. We strictly carry out our production management and quality control in accordance with international standards. Zhaohua has tooling workshop, die-casting workshop, machining workshop, plating workshop and honing workshop, equipped with 16 sets of Swiss Buhler, Japanese Toyo and other brand die-casting machines, more than 40 sets of Japanese MAKINO, FANUC and BROTHER CNC, and more than 400 sets of other machining equipment; equipped with Germany GOM 3D scanner, Mahr profile tester, Hommel roundness tester, Hexagon CMM, Oxfod spectrum analyzer, Aolong X-ray flaw detector, Mitutoyo roughness tester, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, Keda dynamometer, AVL emission tester and other advanced testing equipment. For casting, we can make both of high-pressure die-casting and low-pressure casting; for plating, we can do chrome plating and nickel plating. And our total annual production capacity is more than 10 million pieces. With over 20-years’ experience and expertise in cylinder manufacturing, Zhaohua has been committed to the production of cylinder and also the R&D of new technology.
