Healthlead is with registered capital as RMB 60.75 million, the factory covers 42,000 sq meters. In view of abundant technical resource and pre-doctor work station, Healthlead also employs Mr. Li Longtu which is the academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and Pre-doctor tutor of Tsinghua University as chief technical consultor. Product development team consist of one professor, five doctors, 30 engineers in total. Healthlead owns over 105 patents for domestic and international, and was awarded as National Torch Project from Ministry of Science and Technology. Thanks for years advanced administration experience, Healthlead built independent in-house laboratory in 2006, and this lab was audited and approved by Intertek in early 2013. Significantly, this lab was authorized as CQC Field Testing Laboratory by CQC in 2017, and also the member of National Standard Committee for air purifier energy efficient rating and limited value. Healthlead factory was approved by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and property administration system, the factory was also awarded as vice chairman unit of National High-tech Enterprise, Chinese Air Purification and Air Fresh System Association Alliance, and Association of Technical Barriers to Foreign Trade and Economic Trade. The factory system was passed the audit of third party as SGS, ITS, BV, TUV, BSCI and CQC, and qualified OEM and ODM supplier for American Jarden Consumer Solutions, Whirlpool, Homedics, TTI, Europe Auchan, Lidl, Aldi, B & Q, Chinese Suning, Haier, TCL, Royalstar etc. Healthead is equipped with sixteen professional production lines, factory daily capacity is 8,000 to 12,000 units. |
