| Description | JINTUNG Petrochemical Co.,LTD. is a joint venture invested by SINOPEC JINLING Petrochemical Co.,LTD. and with the investment of RMB476 millions. It is the largest joint venture project between SINOPEC and Taiwan petrochemical circle up to now. The company was formally established on Sept. 1st, 1993. Its production units were completed and put into operation in Dec. of 1995 and started regular operation in Jan of 1996, consisting of a LAB complex and a LAS unit with the capacity of 100,000 t/y and 30000t/y of product respectively; there are also a unit of 8,000t/y for LASNa. Advanced patent technology and key equipments are introduced from abroad. Since start-up in 1996, the JINTUNG has achieved a gratifying success in all respects: In the past six years, we have won many awards and titles such as ADVANCED FOREIGN INVESTED ENTERPRISE, FAMOUS INDUSTRY KEY PROJECT OF NANJING, NANJING FOREIGN INVESTED ENTERPRISE WITH HIGH TURNOVER AND HIGH PROFIT AND TAX, OUTSTANDING FOREIGN INVESTED ENTERPRISE OF NANJING, ADVANCED AND HIGH TECH ENTERPRISE OF NANJING and etc rewarded by the municipal government, municipal economy and planning committee, and other municipal administrative departments. In accordance with present development of market at home and abroad, we plan to further enlarge our production scale, strengthen cooperation and engage in diverse economic undertakings. For example, we have set up a synthetic detergent production unit and a petrochemical production unit in xiamen as well as in Sichuan province, JiangSu JingTung Surfactant Co.,LTD invested by Jiangsu Jintung Chemical Corp., Ltd. is now under construction. |
