| Description | Shandong Huayuan Rigging Co., Ltd was established in 2000. It is identified as the national high and new technology enterprise, which integrates mold design, forging, heat treatment, machining with finished product packaging. It is specialized in manufacturing American Standard and European standard series of rigging products, with annual forging capacity of more than 10000 tons. With abundant technical force, we set up one enterprise-one technology research center, public service platform for small and medium enterprises of Shandong province, Rizhao engineering technology research center for precision rigging, and Rizhao enterprise technology center, with 65 technical personnel working here. We regularly organize our technical & service personnel to exchange and cooperate in product technology, development & application with domestic universities& research institutes. We established long-term cooperation relations with Harbin Engineering University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and Southeast University. We jointly established technology transfer center with Mechanical Engineering Institute of Southeast University. We have the capability of product development, design, mold making, and production testing. There are 8 forging production lines, including 31.5KJ,50KJ,63KJ,125KJ CNC hydraulic die forging hammers, over 200 equipments of heat treatment and machining. We have fatigue tester, impact tester, universal material testing machine, eddy current flaw detector, contour graph, manganese silicon phosphorus analyzer, spectrum analyzer, metallographic analyzer ect. The main economic and technical norms of our products ranks highest among the same domestic industry. We have ISO9001 international quality system certification, ISO14001 environment system certification, and CE certification. We were awarded honorary of "profession, precision, special, brand new" small and medium enterprise independent brand enterprise in Shandong province, model public service platform of Shandong small and medium enterprises, private enterprises of civilization and integrity, AAA enterprise in Rizhao, innovative private enterprise in Rizhao.
