| Description | Merit Technologies (Fujian) is a joint stock limited company with a registered capital of 30 million US dollars that specializes in mold making, injection molding, extrusion, vacuum forming and assembling. Currently merit focuses on OEM and ODM of PP and PC luggage for world-wide well known brands. Althought the conpany was just established in 2011 in Yongchun County, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, the family has more than 60 years of experience in the production of trolley cases and more than 20 years of mold production experience. The company has only developed 72 acres out of the 161 acres of owned land. The developed facilities includes production facilities, warehouses, R & D buildings, dormitory buildings and other supporting facilities. We plan to orient our future to automated production, and that will raise our production capacity from the current 200,000 suitcases to 400,000 suitcases. Our company‘s professional design R & D team and has dozens of independent patents and is capable of providing the customers with services in industrial design, structural design, mold design, and prototype making. We also utilize 3D printing machine to test out and reassure the product and prototype’s structure. Merit’s established technical capabilities in mold design analysis, mold flow analysis, gas-assisted injection, and mold manufacturing can provide various complex mold manufacturing with high efficiency and high quality. Equipment wise, the company has 70 sets of various types of process equipment, mainly including high-speed injection machines, manipulators, robots, extrusion machines, and vacuum forming machines. It allows Merit to be able to ensure efficient and precise industrial manufacturing in various plastic production for customers. Merit has passed the ISO and RCS certification and has a professional quality control team that is responsible for feedstocking, manufacturing, testing, and shipping. Merit also has a polymer material laboratory and a quality laboratory to run tests on the performance of plastic materials, semi-finished products and finished product in order to improve the utilization rate of materials and improve product quality. |
