It 100% holds two factories, Fine Dragon Technology Limited and Jiangxi Hili Electric Appliances Tech-nology Co., Ltd.. With an area of 1 ,500,000 sq fts, we are headquartered in Shenzhen with two production bases and two R&D centers in Shenzhen and Jiangxi, China. With over 1000 staff, our Shenzhen production base is specialized in designing, R&D, and manufacturing small appliance and batteries. There are 19 production lines and the pro-duction capacity reaches 1 80,000 pcs electric appliances including robotic vacuum cleaner, stick vacuum cleaner, spin mop, ect per month. 80% in-house production of Battery pack, PCB and moulding ensure quality and control the cost We have 20 sets of SMT machines, 14 sets of 200 -500 tons hydraulic machines, 70 sets of 25-250 tons Stamping Equipments, 28 sets of 200- 1000 tons Injection as well as CNC machines and etc.. 5% of the annual sales amount is invested in to R&D. We are cooperating with Tsinghua Research Institute and the National Lab of China for new product developments; mean-while, we have 85 engineers working for the daily technical supports. Both of our production bases are approved by certificates of ISO9001:2008,GB/T19001 2008. and BSCI. Our products are certified CE, ROHS, CB, GS, SAA, EMC, LVD& ETL by TUV, SGS or ITS. Now we are in cooperation with some famous brand like Gtech, B/S/H, Medion, HomeDics, and also famous retailer likeTchibo, Aldi, Lidl, Biedronka.
