| Description | The original name of our company is Shenli tools, it was established in 1982 by General Manager Mr.Lian Bing Fang. At that time, our main products was hardware tools and the semi-finished hammer drill bits for Shanghai Tool Works Co., Ltd. We accumulated considerable experience in drill production. At the end of 1990s, with some trade companies’ help, we developed "Router bits & Flat bits" for Shears, which was located in United States. So definitely, we are one of the pioneers in this area. Moreover, we got the financial support for further development from this triumph. Mostly at the same time, we developed "hole saw" for a German company called ARTU. However, it finally turned out a pity we didn’t produce these two kind of tools since two years ago, because of the booming of similar manufacturers and the chaos of prices in China. In 2002, we merged a full set of electric hammer drill production line, testing equipment and technology from the factory that established by Mac Panther GmbH in China. As a consequence ,we became the first manufacturer has a automatic production line for hammer drill bits. This is the origin of our new company name Mac Panther. In addition, we were also the first one who got the certificate of PGM(Prüfgemeinschaft Mauerbohrer) as a Chinese manufacturer, in 2003. What’s more ,we made a new investment about 7 million RMB, importing the whole SDS plus coldforming production line from Mac Panther GmbH. Every year, we do a very large investment in equipment and technic, not only just to improve product quality, increase product stability, and the liberation of labor. And now we are preparing to develop a new automatic production line. In our plan, it needs five-year to bring about. Our major customers are Hilti, Bosch, and so on. Thanks to these professional drill production company to participate in the production technology and management, we can get more and more professional help. At present, the total number of our employees is 150, all the products are for export, of which about 70% of sales is realized by the trading companies in China. Our annual sales turnover in 2011 is about 40 million. Furthermore , the number increased to 45 million in this year. |
