| Description | We have three own shoe production facilities in Chengdu, Wenzhou and JinJiang, which develop and produce more than 300 unique shoes styles every day. We have both our own and rented warehouses in Shenzhen, Ningbo and Xiamen, where we can organize the collecting of goods for our customers in all parts of the globe. Our customers are the world's largest shoe chains, Internet giants, hypermarkets, leaders in the clothing market segments from the mass market to premium, medium-sized chains. Our shoes can be found in more than 65 countries, from China to California, from Australia to Colombia. For each client, we develop, as a separate collection, and give the opportunity to choose the best sellers from our portfolio. Our strengths lie in our specialized shoe selection teams, our specialized quality assurance, our systematic management of material resources, compliance with chemical and social standards, and our experience in cost, logistics, and supply chains. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Our designers collect ideas, create seasonal concepts and report on key trends with our development department. Our developers, together with our brand specialist, analyze ideas; evaluate the characteristics of prototypes, such as style, performance and aesthetics. The shoe lasts and raw materials are studied on site with detailed specifications. This data is stored and maintained in our Enterprise Resource Planning System, and with computer technology, we minimize the distance and make faster and more accurate preparation for production. QUALITY ASSURANCE Our company has highly qualified technicians and quality control inspectors located at each of our production sites. We firmly believe that the right process determines the basic elements of good shoe making. The initial specification is critical to costing and prototype development. A preliminary inspection of production, including approval of the latter, planting and verification of materials, is mandatory to ensure product quality. Our facilities work closely with only members of the SATRA Technology Center SHOE TECHNOLOGY Business challenges for manufacturers such our company are more difficult in today's fast-paced global market than ever before. Thanks to our traditional knowledge of shoes over the past 28 years, our company has been increasingly innovating in a wide range of processes, introducing the latest technologies such as 3D prototyping and design, as well as a virtual showroom. In addition, our company believes that effective information technology management is critical to success in the 21st century. In order to comply with the best practices in the technological environment and to support technological processes in the future, we already use our own high-availability data center in Guangzhou. ENVIRONMENTAL CONSCIOUSNESS Although various shoe-manufacturing processes are complex and require a large number of different components, we know more about the requirements for banned substances than are required by law to meet the requirements of different markets. Our approach is to adopt responsible and transparent procurement methods and manage chemical compatibility from the raw material stage to the final shoe test. We help our tanneries, manufacturers of PU, textiles, components to find ways to solve chemical problems, regardless of the cost of the material or component. CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY We have always believed in the importance of striking a balance between profitability and social responsibility. Our company was among the first of few Asian shoe companies to develop their own code of conduct and complete factory inspections since 2004.
