DEUTZ-FAHR MACHINERY CO., LTD. was established in Nov. 2011 in Linshu economic development area, Linyi City, Shandong Province; It is a subsidiary company of ITALIAN SAME DEUTZ-FAHR GOURP. We mainly focus on the manufacture and sales of full range tractors / corn harvester and agricultural equipment. It can meet customers’ various needs of modern agricultural production. As one of SDF group production bases in China, the producing line was designed by Italy SDF headquarter and equipped with the most advanced production equipment. Just like Clean and standard production workshop, Strict management based on lean production mode, high quality products are guaranteed. Material cleaning machine can ensure the cleanliness of the casting parts ,gears, shafts, etc., the cleaning machine can ensure the cleanliness of hydraulic system is good after transmission assembled and the reliable features of hydraulic parts. Adopt hang panel chain chassis painting line, with spray painting in every angle to ensure high quality painting, then enter heating room after painted: to improve tractor’s appearance quality, all the chassis shall enter drying room after painted to ensure painting quality and high rustproof. All transmissions shall be tested on the transmission test run bench after assembled. This can ensure all the gears is running normal without any abnormal sound or high temperature. Trilinear coordinates measuring instrument;Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) .We strictly enforce the ISO9001:2008 certification standard and ISD14004:2004 certification standard in the producing and quality of the tractors. Workshop area is 260,000 square meters, with 700+ employees. We adopt Italy SDF group quality control management system and advanced production system. So we can supply high reliability and good performance tractors to the farmers from all over the world. We distribute tractors through DEUTZ-FAHR brand for Chinese market and FARMLEAD brand for overseas market. We export tractors and corn harvester and agricultural implements to more than 60 countries from Asia, South America, Australia, East Europe and Africa. All tractors will be fully test and inspected by advance testing equipment, Just like Trilinear Coordinate measuring machine (CMM), PTO bentch, and all Complete tractor shall be tested for all the gears on running test bench after off from the assembly line, to ensure all the gears control are normal with exact function.
