| Description | Guangdong Woodsun Housewares Co, Ltd was developed in 2005. We are a global leader in manufacturing bamboo, wooden, silicone, marble, hydration bottles and plastic products with eco-friendly material. Our corporate headquarters is located alongside our factory in Guangdong Yangjiang Eastern district Dawang Industrial Zone. Owning four factory sites, cover 2152,000 square feet, with more than 2300 employees. We implement advanced mechanical operation, high level automatic operation and efficient management wherever possible in order to maintain the highest possible quality of our products. Detailed inspection takes place at each and every step of the manufacturing process. Our production process starts at the very beginning with preparation of the raw material which we source from the zones meeting environmental and traceable standards. We pride ourselves on the control we have over each step of the manufacturing process with 30 production lines of wooden products, 5 automatic production lines for plastic and silicone, 7 production lines for double wall stainless steel. We also have advanced production capabilities in the industry with 36 automatic CNC machines and 10 board jointing machines, 40 auto-injection plastic machines and 1 automatic production line with 30 robots, which give us the ultimate flexibility to customize the designs and products for the needs of our valued customers. Also, we have 10 production lines for automated spray painting which enable us to achieve maximum production efficiency. With efficiency as a cornerstone of our production philosophy, our production capacity for wooden and marble product is 60,000 pcs per day, 60,000 pcs for hydration bottles and 80,000 pcs for plastic and silicone products. we are constantly striving to improve our processes for high-quality products that maintain a competitive price point. Our commitment to innovation and evolution has allowed us to sell our products worldwide including in the US, Canada, and Europe. Our product development team consists of more than 40 designers and 100 engineers to facilitate the design and execution of our many products.
