We use the world's leading production equipment.Such as fully automatic wire cutting machine which make sure the wire no scratch or twist after cutting;High speed pneumatic resistance welding machine to ensure weld strength up to 70%; PLC controlled “pass through” sand blasting line that can effectively and comprehensively remove impurities on the surface of the materials for getting a perfect rough surface to receive the polyester powder; precise laser drilling and cutting machine;EN13438 standard approved electrostatic powder coating line,equipped with fully pretreatment processes with nano-sized zirconium layer and Swiss ITW Gema spray gun, then you get a nice adhesion and durable product at this working condition ; Hot-dip galvanizing process might be introduced to use when the products are used at extreme harsh environment,iso1461 (ASTM A123) standard always instruct our products are working and positioned in a correct way. In order to ensure the stability quality of our products, we strictly select the raw materials that meet the international standards: EN10244 approved galvanized wire; RoSH certified polyester powder from Akzo Nobel, EN10346 approved galvanized material fencing posts and stainless steel 304 material for fix the fence panels. Our inspection engineer will test the tensile strength & welding strength of the product ,the thickness of the zinc coating ,thickness and adhesion of the coating layer; regularly test the corrosion resistance of the product under the standard of ISO9227. Our efforts have been unanimously recognized by customers in many countries and regions around the world.
