We have the PHK trademarks registered in domestic and abroad of China, and have more than 20 technical patents and utility patents.PHK can produce various kinds of knitting fabrics such as single jersey, interlock, rib, terry and yarn dyed etc, which are mainly made from cotton, viscose, polyester, modal and bamboo fiber and so on . The production capacity can be upto 1000 tons per month. It's strick inspection process for the Grey fabic and the indentinficaiton system for each Grey fabric system are the foundation of high quality. For the quality control in process of dyeing, printing and finishing, PHK participation shares of the Dyeing & Printing Factory , sharing them the same Q/A , laboratory, and QC standards.The exported fabric are 100% inspected, and every roller of fabric has a sample record kept in PHK. The Q/C department for finished product has a full-time person who is in charge of checking the width, weight , color and design comparison ,sample retention of each finished product. There are two procedures: desktop inspection and machine aided inspection.
