| Description | Established in 1989, Haixing is dedicated to providing high quality, cost competitive plastic products and service to global customers. Haixing is one of the most preferred suppliers for many key international buyers, owing to its combination of strong production capacity and outstanding innovation ability. Haixing is equipped with about 100 injection machines with clamping force ranging from 90 tons to 1300 tons. The production capacity of the whole company is 300 40’HQ per month. All the goods are produced in 6 workshops, and Haixing’s Digital & Smart Factory, which went into operation at the end of 2019, is the most impressive and noticeable one. The Digital & Smart Factory is a major initiative for Haixing to implement the strategy of “Industry 4.0”and“Industrial Internet” and to realize the transition from traditional manufacturing to automation，networking, digitalization and intelligent production. Through the use of smart automation production technologies, such as central feeding system, automatic stacking and piling, automatic labeling, automatic adhesive tap sealing, and AGV (automated guided vehicles), the efficiency and capacity could be increased, while the energy consumption and labor cost could be reduced, and the competitiveness of Haixing products could be improved as a result. Meanwhile, with the help of MES system, all data of the whole injection process are collected, monitored, displayed and well managed, so as to ensure the timeliness of delivery as well as the consistency and traceability of quality. Besides the smart factory, Haixing also has a Class 100000 dust-free workshop, which is rare to be seen in other companies in the plastic housewares industry. Here, food contacted products like food containers, bowls, plates, and cups are produced in a clean, hygienic and safe environment. Haixing specializes in the production of ice cream cup, biscuit box, food container and storage box with in-mold labeling techniques. And, Haixing’s various series of 2-color injected items are well received by consumers in Europe and North America, owing to their unique design and special producing process. Haixing has a wide range of products. There are more than 12000 items divided into such categories as kitchen, storage, bathroom and gardening, thus meeting customers’ need for one-stop purchasing. Haixing products are made with virgin PP, HDPE, LDPE, PS, AS, Tritan, ABS，and also eco friendly materials like wheat fiber. All materials are made by international famous material suppliers. All Haixing products are BPA free, and comply with EU and American standards, such as FDA and LFGB. Haixing attaches great importance to independent research and development and innovation. The company has acquired 2 international patents for invention, and more than 160 patents for appearance in China. There are 30 creative designers in Haixing’s R&D team. They are not only good at industrial designing, but also familiar with product structure and production process.
