GUANGDONG PRODUCTION BASE: Guangdong Production Base cover an area of over 4 hectares, with total investment of nearly RMB50 million, with nearly 400 employees and over 40 technical people. Factory has 11 lines of extrusion production, 1 line of vertical spraying powder coating process, 1 lines of anode oxidation, 1 lines of casting, 2 line of packing. This base has complete advanced production equipments and testing instruments, with annual production capacity reaching 150000 tons. Our product quality meets or exceeds China GB5237-2008 standard, and we have passed ISO9001-2008 quality management system certification. SHANDONG PRODUCTION BASE: Shandong production base is a new factory established in 2017, it covers an area of over 250 thousand square meters, with total investment of nearly 6 hundred million RMB. The factory is the first to use domestic advanced aluminum profile equipment and testing facilities, 18 line of extrusion production, 4 line of vertical spraying powder coating process, 2 line of flat plate powder coating process, 1 line of vertical anode oxidation, 2 line of fluorocarbon spraying powder coating process, 6 line of vacuum transfer wood grain production, with an annual capacity of 200, 000 tons. Product quality meets or exceeds China GB/T 19001-2006 standard, and have passed ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification.
