| Description | Established in 1993, China-East Resources Import & Export Co. (CERIECO) is a wholly state-owned company with independent legal status. CERIECO's main scope of business covers : ● Import & export of various kinds of mechanical, electrical & electronic devices or equipment and metallurgical products, instrument devices as well as other industrial products. ● Import & export of complete plant equipment. ● Contracting project on EPC basis ● International labor cooperation ● Undertaking equity and contractual joint venture as well as solely invested project. ● Developing domestic business and cooperation in China including investment. ● Conducting various flexible forms of businesses such as transit, barter and compensation trade, as well as co-production, engaging in the whole and retail sales for domestic market. ● Processing with supplied drawings, samples and materials; assembling with supplied parts and components. ● Offering consulting services. ● Technological transfer Prestige companies and authorities from over 30 countries and regions, such as USA, Japan, Italy, Norway, Germany, Spain, Russia, South Korea, Brazil, Thailand, Philippines, Laos PDR, Malaysia, Pakistan, Hong Kong and Taiwan etc. have currently substantial business with CERIECO. The products CERIECO currently deals with, to name but a few, are household appliances parts, electrical devices & equipment, casting and forging parts, sports facilities, construction & machining equipment, bearings, construction materials, metallurgical products, deoxidization material, automobile accessories, agricultural machinery and equipment as well as medical instruments and devices etc. As far as project contracting is concerned, CERIECO has satisfactorily achieved dozens of projects in the field of electric power transmission and transformation, building construction, etc., boasting especially in its project management skills and financial capabilities, Moreover, with financial conditions met, CERIECO may arrange loan for overseas projects in the form of, for example, Export Buyer's Credit or Export Seller's Credit or even Chinese Government Concessional Loan. In fact, CERIECO has already accomplished projects by using all the above mentioned forms of credits or loans and what is also worth mentioning is that CERIECO is the first company ever successfully implemented project by using Export Buyer's Credit provided by China Eximbank. In addition to above, CERIECO has been repeatedly consigned by relevant Chinese authorities and successfully accomplished introducing key technologies and equipment with national importance, which itself demonstrate the professional performance of CERIECO in this respect.
