(hereinafter referred to as Hisense Home Appliances Group), can be traced back to the Guangdong Zhujiang Refrigerator Factory, which was founded in 1984. On January 29th, 1992, Xiaoping Deng published the famous argument "Development is the absolute principle" after the witness of 16 times revenue increase in 7 years. The company took the lead in shareholding reform in 1992, and went public in Hong Kong (code: 00921) and Shenzhen (code: 000921) in 1996 and 1999 respectively. In June 2007, the company was renamed as Hisense Kelon Electrical Holdings Co., Ltd. The current name has been used since the organizational reform in August 2018. After 36 years’ development, Hisense Home Appliances Group has now become a global hyper-scale enterprise that focuses on home appliance manufacturing. Its main business covers the R&D, manufacturing, marketing and after-sales service for refrigerators, household air conditioners, central air conditioners, washing machines, kitchen appliances, environmental appliances, commercial cold chains, molds and other products. Its products correlate with five major brands, including Hisense, Kelon, Ronshen, Hitachi, and US York(in China).
