| Description | Shandong Huachen High Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. is located in the eastern part of Jinan, which is the beautiful Spring city, north of Jinan-Qingdao, and east of Jinan east beltway. Our company was founded in early 2007.Fixed assets are more than fifty million yuan now. There are 160 employees, 52 of whom are with professional and high or intermediate technical titles. Our factory covers an area of 30000m2. And we have three production lines now. The production and sale of cylinders, which are less than 20 liters, is about 600,000 every year, accounting for 90% of the total sale of the small cylinders in China. The first aid respirator, mine life-saving cabin and refuge chamber of 0.4 liters to 80 liters gas cylinder production line dedicated for colliery will be established recently, and its annual production capacity will be up to 700,000. The cylinders specifications will rise to 49 by the end of 2012, and cylinder specifications and product categories will be more complete. In order to meet the requirements of production and fulfill the mandates of the national laws, regulations and standards about pressure vessels, we set up quality assurance system of gas cylinders. We have acquired manufacturing qualification of B1 pressure vessels and HC oxygenators. And also we have obtained ISO9001-2008 quality system certification, German TUV certification, EU CE certification and some other related certifications about export of products. Our company often invites experts and the relevant training institutions to train workers of the various processes, such as the physical and chemical testing, quality management and process quality inspection, so that they get certificates and meet the needs of production and product quality. Our Company's manufacturing equipments are advanced and the testing equipments are complete. Besides, the products are with high uniformity. The main equipments in our factory are hot spinning machine, CNC machine tools, automatic roll printer, automatic spraying line, the automatic inner wall blasting machine, automatic blasting machines, hydraulic pressure testing machine and so on. Our company mainly produces oxygen cylinders, nitrogen cylinders, carbon dioxide cylinders, argon gas cylinders, industrial cylinders, medical oxygenators and other products. These products are mainly used for medical equipment, construction machinery, coal mine rescue, gas industries, welding and cutting equipment, chemicals and some other areas. And our products are sold throughout the provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, and exported to Europe, the Middle East, West Asia, Southeast Asia and other countries. |
