In 1998, it moved forward to set up a factory in Shenzhen, China, to further enhance its manufacturing capacity and competitiveness. The performance is booming, and the product has a good reputation, which is recognized by customers from various countries. In 2004, the company expanded its production scale, established a brand-new factory in Heyuan City, Guangdong Province, with an area of 70,000 square meters, and established "3W home fashion (Heyuan) Co., Ltd.". There are 4 production workshops, including material warehouse and fabric coating workshop , Textile workshop and plastic + window blind production workshop. The average monthly output value exceeds 400,000 pieces across product ranges. SUNVICTORY group provides OEM / ODM services. There are in house design team to help with product design, pattern design, packaging design throughout the products we offers, the experienced team can also provide design proposal from trend brief. Group also provides In house photo facilities for good product photos according to customers demand. Digital print service is available in sampling and production, which levels up efficiency and creativeness for different customers requirements. Novelty of products is one of our key in product development. Each season, SUNVICTORY has our own developments offers to customers an easy way for the ready to go products for their selections. SUNVICTORY exports to worldwide market, majority to DIY Store, Supermarket, branded chain store and product design companies, counties includes UK, Germany, France, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, south and North America, Russia, UAE, Israel,Australia, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia. SUNVICTORY provides product in European quality standard and sustainability options in our product range, offer OEKOTEX 100 standard quality and GRS certificates. With company’s in house coating facilities, it provides the decent and stable functional performance of our product to ensure quality meets industry standard. Both traditional and automatic fabric cutting facilities are in use in cutting production to meet the variety of productions. Semi-automation sewing machine is also implemented in the sewing production line to stablised production. Factory is BSCI, SEDEX and MADE IN GREEN social compliance audited.
