We offer one-side/two-side fabric laminated with breathable and waterproof membrane PTFE, TPU, PVC, PEVA, factory located in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou,- base of bedding aaccessories in China, alosed to seaport and airport, we can quickly source the right fabric for our customers in China biggest fabric market which is only 30 minutes away from us. Factory equipped with 3 laminating lines which could laminate 30,000-40,000 meters per day, several fabric inspection machines, AATCC-127 washing standard test lab, technicians despatched to Taiwan for professional training, all fabric before being laminated have to be 100% inspected, fabric holes, color yarns, color difference, stains and drawn yarns will be returned to suppliers, which will make sure that our laminated fabrics feature lower defects, better water resistance and better tensile strength, all test results are kept in file permanently. There are one pinsonic machine, 50 sewing machines and 20 interlocking machines making waterproof mattress protector/table cloth etc. Eco-friendly treatments like fire retardant, anti-microbial, aloe vera coolmax are also available if needed. |
