| Description | Established in 1999, PILOT OPTICS has been a major manufacturer and exporter of eyewear products in the Wenzhou city of China. We mainly produce high-quality reading glasses and optical frames. You may find our products in many places within the USA and Europe, such as department stores, pharmacies, and optician shops. Furthermore, we also supply glasses accessories like cases, pouches, cords, and display stands. Our designers are not only able to design glasses, but they also support our customers with a complete shop representation plan. This covers everything including floor stands, table displays, nice blister packages, gift boxes, and more. We can launch a new, fabulous collection every season with the help of our innovative team. Numerous exhibits are launched each year in New York and Las Vegas - Italy MIDO Optical Fair, France SILMO Fair, HK OPTICAL Show, and US Optical Show. You may also find us at China Canton Fairs twice a year. Our team of designers draws inspiration from the most famous optical shows around the world, which makes our models and colors always trendy and suitable for the US and European markets. Aside from producing nice designs, we implement strict quality control at PILOT OPTICS. We conduct CE testings in our internal testing lab. Through the use of a heavy metal testing machine, we inspect everything from raw materials to finished products, ensuring our shipments pass the Reach testing as well. Since our production lines consist of hundreds of workers, they can efficiently produce metal, injection, and handmade acetate frames. Our annual production quantity is around 6 million pairs. We have also achieved the BSCI factory audit (2009), EN ISO 13485 (2011), ISO 9001 audit (2012), and became a 4-pillar SEDEX member (2015). Customer factory audits are welcome! A new plant measuring around 20,000 square meters is currently under construction to expand our production capacity. Hopefully, it will be finished by the end of 2020 so we could transfer to our new facility soon. We strive to continuously support our customers by providing good-value products.
