| Description | PRODUCTION LINE OF SCREW: Our company was set up in 2001 and established our own SCREW factory in Suzhou in 2004. With decades of development and innovation, our factory owns more than 50 sets of cold headers and thread rolling machines. And we also have corresponding cutting machines and drilling machines. Moreover, there’re two heat treatment lines in our workshop. Our screw production workshop covers an area of 5,000 m2 and all production facilities are famous Taiwan brands. Our monthly output of screws can be 1,800 tons/month while maintaining quality. Recently, we also bring in a multi-station cold header to produce different complicated products to enrich our production line. PRODUCTION LINE OF PLASTIC/NYLON PRODUCT: Our production line of plastic/nylon product covers an area of 800 m2 and owns 6 injection molding machines. Each injection molding machine has a professional technician to watch over and is equipped with a mechanical arm, which considerably improve production efficiency. Our plastic/nylon production line can produce various plastic/nylon plug and different nonstandard plastic/nylon products. Customizing according to your drawings and samples is available. The monthly capacity of plastic/nylon products is about 100 tons/month. In addition, we can also produce different DIY plastic packaging. We can offer one-stop service for our customers who request DIY packaging. PRODUCTION LINE OF METAL ANCHOR: Our metal anchor production line was set up in 2005 and is located in Yuyao, Zhejiang. We mainly produce high-quality sleeve anchor, metal frame anchor and zinc alloy nail in anchor, etc. The whole anchor factory occupies 15,000 m2 and possesses about 20 automatic punching machines, zinc alloy casting machines and several multi-station machines. Our metal anchors are mainly exported to different countries in Europe and America. And our quality is widely recognized by customers. PRODUCTION LINE OF PACKAGING: Our packaging line covers an area of 3,000 m2. There’re 60 skilled workers packaging by the piece in shift system to ensure each batch of products can be shipped on time. We maintain long-term cooperation with packaging factories and printing factories around the Yangtze River delta area. In addition, we have our own plastic packaging production line to ensure our packaging more beautiful while the price is more favourable. Before shipment of each batch of goods, there will be a dedicated person to unwrap packaging to inspect and eliminate wrong packaging. |
