| Description | Hebei Double Goats Grinding Wheel Manufacturing Co., Ltd was established in 1995. The company has now become a large-scale private enterprise specializing in the manufacture of resin bonded cutting & grinding wheel, with total assets of RMB 70 million and about 650 employees (including 48 R & D personnel). DG factory covers an area of 48000 square meters and has a floor area of 26000 square meters. It has the leading production facilities in the industry in China. The number of press machines alone in the company is 43, including 15 pieces of advanced automatic equipment made in Japan. DG is equipped with four production lines of fully computer-controlled heat-conductive oil circulated tunnel kiln, which are the longest ones in China. All its equipment is automatically controlled by intellectualized computers. It also has a full range of inspecting and measuring devices. The company manufactures up to 55 million wheels a year, topping other companies in the industry. DG's R & D Department, aiming at long-term stability of quality, studies product quality everyday, and keeps introducing new formulas to meet different market requirements. The company was the first in the industry to pass ISO 9001 International Quality System Certification and German MPA Safety Certification, and it passed EU EN 12413 Certification in 2004.
