| Description | Basic Information: Ningbo Biyi Electric Appliance Co., Ltd was established in the year 2001. We specialize in manufacturing kitchen appliance. Main products are Air Fryer, Deep Fryer, Contact Grill and so on. After these years development, Biyi has become the biggest exporter of Deep fryer in China. In the Air Fryer market, Biyi holds the top three export factory every year. In the year 2019, Biyi total sales reaching 120 million for the year. Our customers from all over world, main market is Europe, North America, Middle east and so on. In House Capability-Automation production: The location is covering more than 85,000 square meters with more than 5,500,000 unit capacity every year. Currently, we are well equipped with 45 modern assembly lines with more than 1,500 staffs. In particular, we started automatic production since 2018. We have four lines of automatic stamping lines, all injection machines with mechanical arms and monitored by computer, twelve fully automatic assembly lines,. because of these increases the monthly production quantity and improves the production efficiency. We have 48,000 square meters warehouse, 150 stamping and punching machines, 100 injection machines, 6 automatic non-stick coating lines assembled robot spray and automatic welding lines, 55 Hydraulic press Machines, 10 die casting machines, especially we have our own die-casting and bakelite workshops. All of these can make us control the quality in the best way and ensure our on time shipment. From year 2020, we will have a complete new factory covering about 50,000 square meters. R&D center: We own a strong technical team with more than 50 experienced engineer, team equip with appearance designers, construction designer, tooling designer, and Electric Engineer. 80 % of engineer have more than 15 years experience on the heating area, there are more than 50 ODM projects come out every year. We are also professional on OEM projects supporting with special project team. Our testing lab is more than 2000 square meters. It is authorized by TUV Rheinland and Intertek, which equipped with all necessary standard testing equipments and system. Meanwhile, we also can do salty spray testing, glow wire testing, life testing, temperature rise testing, ROHS testing, drop testing, vibration test, environmental testing, dishwasher testing, coating adhesive force testing etc in our own lab. |
