| Description | Hunan Jiexin Textile Group was founded in earily 1960's, which was formerly the Taoyuan Textile Printing and Dyeing Factory. Jiexin is large-scale private corporation with production of spinning, weave, dyeing and printing and it is located in the picturesque and ancient city--- Changde. The factory area is 250thousand square meter and company owns waterworks, thermal power plant, sewage treatment plant, 3200sets looms, 12sets of dyeing and printing production line, 40sets of normal & high-temperature rolled dyeing machine. Annual output of dyeing and printing fabric is up to 120 million meters. There are 6000 staff including 580 technicians. The products series include various grey fabrics, 100% cotton, polyester/cotton, ramie/cotton dyeing and printing fabrics with treatment of sanding(peach skin), pre-shrunk, water-proof, oil-resistant, anti-static, fire retardant, crease-resistant etc. The fabric application covers workwear, uniform, shirts, home kitchen, case, handbag, canvas shoes, cap, military camouflage etc. Jiexin gets a large market share and enjoys high reputation in Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta . 60% products are exported to North America, Europe, Middle East, Latin America, Southest Asia etc. Jiexin has passed the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, European REACH tests,SGS tests and gets the GOTS organic certification. |
