| Description | HITOOL factory: History & Status Recently I sorted out following info about our factory: history & status. For your ref: 1. Flexible hose & Flexible shaft: 1999, we started manufacturing "flexible hose & flexible shaft", which is raw material of concrete vibrator & submersible pump. We grew up very quickly. And be the No.1 in this line: --3000~4000pcs/day --on peak season, qnty can reaches 6,000pcs/day. --60~70% market share in the world. On high market, share is over 95%. We can say, in this line, nearly all vibrator factories buy material from us. 2. Concrete vibrator, Submersible pump: 2008, we started manufacturing concrete vibrator. From the beginning stage, our target is to produce the best quality of vibrator. Again, we grew up quickly: 2009: about 50pcs/day 2012: about 150pcs/day 2015: about 500pcs/day 2019: about 1,000pcs/day Market share: 15% ~ 18% in the world. Definitely, we're the biggest vibrator manufacturer in the world. Perhaps none of other factories, can reach 1/5 quantity of ours. And still keep sharp increasing. You know, our price is not low. Why we obtain honour and market so quickly? The key reason is: we make very good quality, and keep steady. The best in China, the best in Asia. In the world, we’re still not the best. But I estimate HITOOL is TOP 3 or TOP 5. Besides, we have 60 lathe machines to make spare parts. Except for bearing & oil seal, we make all raw material and spare parts by ourselves. That’s our biggest advantage & competition power. 3. Plate compactor, Concrete cutter, etc: 2012, we started manufacturing plate compactor, concrete cutter, screed, etc. Quantity is about 1,000pcs/month. Frankly, In this line, we’re not as strong as vibrator, we’re trying our effort to improve our sales. PS: Our fty is about 80,000 M2, 240 staff.
