For all the woolen baselayer, midlayer, outerlayer products made by ZFL, merino wool from Australia and New Zealand are used as raw material. Merino wool is sustainable, eco-friendly and biodegradable natural fibre. Production process: starts with merino wool tops imported from Australia/ New Zealand, mercerizing/total easy care, top dyeing, yarn spinning, fabric knitting, cut and sew, packing. Each process is well controlled to make sure a high quality of yarn/fabric/garment. ZFL works with many brands, such as BULA, EVEREST, EZIBUY, GLASSONS, KARI TRAA, MAYA, MAX, JULA, 2117，MIGROS, NORHEIM.
