| Description | Vii Products Limited is established in year 2011. We are an export-oriented enterprise producing high end compressor type wine coolers and other cooling products. We are located at Xingtan, Shunde Guangdong area which is adjacent to the First Ring Road of Foshan and Gaozan Bridge, enjoying the good and convenient transportation with completed facilities. At present, our company occupies an area of 15,000 square meters and has more than 250 employees, including 20 engineers in professional R & D and 185 skilled workers, 30 persons for QC and other 55 persons for management level. Currently we have one production line equipped with advanced production machineries like: a. Intelligent laser cut machine which can do some special designed dimensions parts with precise and efficient metal works. b. U-shaped production machine can help increase our production efficiency for the bending of outer cabinet automatically with preset dimensions. c. About 10 pieces of other metal punch machines for some other metal works like plinth or back plate etc. d. Two semi auto foaming machines plus more than 20 pieces of various sized molds, which can foam more than 500 pieces cabinets a day. e. Two advanced gas leak detection machines imported from Germany which can provide a reliable checking back up for our quality products. f. One semi auto packing machine which can help for the packing efficiency in the production line. g. Fully automatic glass doors making machine which can minimize the defective rate of glass doors which are made manually before and increase the doors making efficiency. h. Advanced testing laboratory has been approved by CEC, USA since 2012 and calibrated by CNAS and all of our products are complied with GS, PSE, CCC, CB, CE, ETL, BSIM and other authoritative certifications. Being supported by above machineries, our skillful workers as well as our reliable materials suppliers, our annual production capacity can be boosted up to 150,000 pieces of wine cabinets and other cooling products, where over 99 percent of which are for export.
