| Description | Sunrise Aluminium ( Hui Zhou) Co., Ltd, is the wholly owned subsidiary of Sunrise Aluminium (H.K.) Co., Ltd. We are a register aluminum extruder in Hong Kong and China. Our factory in Huizhou, Guang dong Province of China, cover an area of over 80,000 square meters investing over 25 millions U.S. dollar in plant development. We are equipped with advanced production equipments ranging from 500 MT, 880 MT,920 MT,1460MT to 2,100 MT extrusion press machines. Our annual production exceeds 18,000 metric tons. We are an integrated manufacturer of Aluminum products specializing in standard profiles as well as custom, architectural, industrial extrusions and casting products. Our operating autonomy includes: billet casting, die design and manufacturing, Al.and Zn. die casting,aluminum extrusions with kinds of finishing (anodizing in silver, bronze, champagne, black and gold colors), lacquering, powder coating, liquid coating, fluorocarbon spraying in different colors, thermal improvement, fabrication, assembly and packaging. All of theses processes are done on-site. We also have a complete production line for producing aluminum window and accessories. In order to achieve our products of the strictest international standard, we operate the company and plant from buying raw material, taking purchase order, production, inspection, packaging, to delivering the goods are all under the ISO09001:2000 standard. Our quality inspection is carried out at every stage of the manufacturing process from the beginning to the end. We have our own labs equipped with state of the art instruments for quality testing and inspection to ensure our quality meets our worldwide clients' specifications and requirements.
